End Times Entertainment

History and reasons of this site

Some days ago we were talking with brethrens about current entertainment culture and how many things are normalized in them which are against the Christian values.

As an Christian adult you can see many of things in movies which is not healthy. Drug and alcohol usage, sex before marriage, sexualized talks and acts, homosexuality, profanity in language, witchraft, mockery of God and Christ, being disobedient to parents, cohabitation etc.

Many times those things are shown as a harmless things in movies and if you have healthy understanding of what is right and what is wrong you can see that those things are not things you should do or even accept as a normal behaviour.

Biggest problem in this kind of things in movies are still the normalization of all of these things through the entertainment culture. What is seen normal in movies becomes seen normal in our cultures later at least quite often. It takes time, normally many years, but still, it is giving ideas and thoughts in people mind what is acceptable and normal - even it should not be seen as a normal things.

Cultural change happens step by step and it can be seen easily in movies and "woke" culture. In older movies there was not much gay people shown for example. The more we have seen gay people in movies, the more we have seen pride days, weeks and months later on our culture. Normalization in movies and other entertainment have done big impact on our societies around us.

Change of our culture around us what accepts things which are against God's will is very dangerous path. It is dangerous for our countries and culture, but especially for us Christians. The more and more society accepts things what are unhealthy in Biblical perspective the harder it will be for younger generation of Christians to be against the spirit of times. If you say something what is against what is considered as a normal thing, the more issues you will face. This is sad reality already, but it will get worse in future.
